Order Management System for Marine Lubricant Supplier

The client company distributes marine lubricant products and services for the Shipping Industry worldwide. As the company expanded, they turned to Azoft and asked us to develop a custom order management solution to support workflow and operations. The solution also works as a tool for collecting and organizing statistical data, as well as generating reports.

Our development team recommended to use Drupal framework as a basis for the custom solution. This, in turn, reduced production time, helped stay within our client's budget and allowed us time to implement additional functionalities.

OSS/BSS Development for Clearwire and IntraISP

Telecom service providers Crearwire and IntraISP contracted Azoft to build a new OSS/BSS solution and to refactor and integrate the existing functionality. More specifically, this long-term project required re-engineering of existing billing, accounting, provisioning, inventory, and other OSS components.

Azoft's participation in the project was initiated by our development partner. During the lengthy re-engineering process, Azoft's developers worked onsite together with our partner's managers and consultants to deliver a system that meets complex requirements.

Document Management for a Frieght Forwarding Company

Azoft developed this document management and resource scheduling solution for a US-based company specializing in freight forwarding. The goal of the project was to customize their existing CRM system and develop new features within an order management portal.

As a result, our client was presented with a new back-end system for order management and delivery units scheduling. The solution makes it possible to accept customers' orders through a web-based interface, generate travel documents, and track parcels by locating them on a map.

CRM Solution for a Marketing Agency

The client company is a marketing agency based in Europe. For them we developed a new CRM solution, as well as several cross-platform mobile applications to go along with it. The solution allows the client company to create mobile banners, mobile web site patterns, and QR-codes, to be used for marketing and advertising purposes.

In addition to creating marketing campaigns, the solution can be used to analyze the campaigns' performance after they have been created. This is achieved by collecting and analyzing data, such as click-thru, visits, time-stamps, location of users, etc.
